Did your order fail or did something go wrong with the payment? No problem, we will make sure your order is automatically canceled. You can then feel free to place a new order.

Still have doubts? Then you can always reach our customer service on business days from 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, via email, chat or phone.

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email about this. After that, you will receive an email from the parcel service, with a track & trace. You can follow this and it contains the most up-to-date information. In this, you can also still have the package delivered to another address, or at a different time.

Please bear in mind that the parcel service does not deliver on Sundays and that during holidays or vacations it may take longer than you are used to from us.

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel or change the order. This means that it is important to always carefully check your order and personal details before finalizing your order. If you do not wish to receive the package, you can refuse delivery at the door and it will be returned to us. Once we have received the shipment back, we will issue a refund.

It is possible that your package has been delayed by the carrier. We therefore advise you to first carefully check the track & trace code. This indicates the status of the delivery. Also see 'Shipping' if you have any questions.
