How do I create an account?

You can click on the customer icon at the top right and choose to register.

You fill in your details and you immediately have an account with which you can log in from now on. Benefits are:

- Manage your address details
- Create and manage your wish list
- Manage your shopping cart
- View your orders

If you have forgotten your password, no problem! Then click here.

My order was not successful, what now?

Was your order unsuccessful or did something go wrong with payment? No problem, we will ensure that your order is automatically canceled. You can then safely place a new order.

Do you still have doubts? Then you can always reach our customer service on working days from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, via email, chat or telephone.

When will I receive my package?

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email about this. You will then receive an email from the parcel service with a track & trace. You can follow this and it contains the most current information. You can also have the package delivered to a different address or at a different time.

Please note that the parcel service does not deliver on Sundays and that during public holidays or vacations it may take longer than you are used to from us.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel or change the order. This means that it is important that you always check your order and personal details carefully before finalizing your order. If you do not want to receive the package, you can refuse the package at the door and it will be returned to us. When we have received the shipment again, we will refund the amount.

My package has not yet been delivered, what now?

Your package may have been delayed by the carrier. We therefore advise you to first take a good look at the track & trace code. This indicates the status of the delivery. See also questions about 'Shipping'.
