For our store in Den Bosch, we are looking for an energetic sales assistant (16 to 32 hours) who lets customers feel the real Ibiza vibe, from a warm welcome to a radiant look. You are a hostess or host, help out at the cash register and keep the store in tip-top shape. Start immediately so you can immediately help fill the store.
This is what you will do
Styling customers: advising, guiding fittings and finishing at the cash register.
Welcoming guests warmly and keeping them: welcoming everyone and offering something to drink at another time (coffee, soda or a glass of prosecco, just because you can).
- Processing stock and returns and keeping systems accurate.
- Styling the store and window display and keeping them neat.
- Helping with inventory counts.

- Available at least 2 days a week, flexibly deployable, including at least 1 weekend day and peak moments such as shopping evenings and promotions.
- Handy with computer and iPad, familiar with cash register systems.

- Living in the Den Bosch region

Vacancy: Customer Service & B2B Back Office Employee (32-40 hours per week)

At ibzmode, it's all about the experience. Our customers feel the Ibiza vibe, whether they shop online or visit one of our stores. To ensure that experience runs smoothly, we are looking for a Customer Service & B2B Back Office Employee who not only helps our private customers but also ensures the smooth processing of orders from our business partners.
What will you do?
β You will answer B2C customer questions via email, phone, and social media and make sure they hang up with a smile.
β You will be the point of contact for our B2B partners: stores that purchase ibzmode and Moost Wanted. You will support them with orders, deliveries, and after-sales.
β You will process orders and returns, keep the administration up to date, and ensure that everything in the system is correct.
β You will support our wholesale customers with orders, inventory questions, and other requests.
β You will process orders and returns, keep the administration up to date, and ensure that everything in the system is correct.
β You will identify frequently asked questions or problems and contribute ideas for improving our service.
