I have received a broken or discolored product. What now?
Did your ordered item arrive damaged or defective or are you dissatisfied with a product? How annoying, we're sorry!
In this case, please contact our customer service within 1 week before returning the item. Our employees will handle your complaint as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, item number and 3 to 5 photos.s that clearly show the damage or complaint and add a short description of how the complaint arose. We also need a photo of the item in its entirety. If the damage concerns shoes, we also ask you to include a photo of the heel and shoe sole.
Please note that we cannot accept complaints for the following defects:
- Unfortunately, a purchase made more than 8 weeks ago is no longer covered by the warranty.
- Garments that have shrunk or been damaged after improper washing.
- Wear and tear as a result of daily use, for example worn shoe toes.
- Damage to the heel of a shoe.
- Damage due to incorrect or intensive use.
- Items that are damaged or discolored due to excessive perspiration.
- Lint or pills from the material.
- Damage due to external factors, such as friction, sharp objects or chemicals.
How can I report a complaint about a product?
You can do this by sending an email within 1 week to info@isla-ibiza.com. What is the warranty period?
You receive the legal guarantee on all your purchases. There is no fixed term associated with the legal warranty, as this varies per product. This means that a product must meet what you as a consumer can reasonably expect from the product. If this is not the case, please contact our Customer Service or visit a store near you.
