I have received a broken or discolored product. What now?

Has your ordered article been damaged or defective arrived or are you dissatisfied with a product? How annoying, this regrets us!

In this case, contact our customer service within 1 week Before you return the item. Our employees will process your complaint as soon as possible.

Send an e-mail to info@isla-ibiza.com

State your order number, article number and 3 to 5 photos that clearly show the damage or complaint and add a brief description how the complaint originated. In addition, we need a photo of the article as a whole. If the damage relates to shoes, we also ask you to add a photo of the heel and the shoe sole.

Keep in mind that we cannot accept any complaints for the following defects:

  • Unfortunately, a purchase longer than 8 weeks ago is no longer covered by the warranty.
  • Items of clothing that have shrunk or damaged after wrong washing.
  • Wear as a result of daily use, for example worn shoe noses.
  • Damage to the heel of a shoe.
  • Damage due to incorrect or intensive use.
  • Articles damaged or discolored by excessive perspiration.
  • Fluff or pills of the material.
  • Damage due to external factors, such as friction, sharp objects or chemicals.
How can I report a complaint about a product?

What is the warranty period?

You will receive the legal warranty on all your purchases. No fixed period is linked to the legal warranty, because this differs per product. This means that a product must meet what you as a consumer can expect reasonableness of the product. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service or visit a store in your area.
