What is the return period?
We have sent your order with love. It can of course happen that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason and return. Make sure you return the products unworn, undamaged and provided with the attached labels. Keep your return certificate until we have processed it.
Register your return here and download your return label. This is valid for a maximum of 5 days.
How can I return a package?
It is of course possible that you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can always return free return to one of our IBZmode stores, or follow the step -by -step plan below to return your package, according to these 4 steps:
- Report here your return
- Pack the items back in the original packaging
- Deliver your package at a service point (save the track & trace well)
- As soon as the return is received by us, we strive to process the reimbursement within 7 days.
How long does it take before my return shipment is processed?
As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. Normally the processing of your return shipment can take a maximum of 14 days. We will send you an email if this return is processed, you will receive the amount back to your account within a few days, under the name "Mollie Payments".
The aim is a refund within 7 working days after processing your return. Reimbursement will in any case take place within the legal period of 30 days.
Are the return costs for your own account?
Returning Stores: Free (note! The store is a delivery point, so make sure you take your package ready for shipments. The processing of this is done at the head office.)
Return via the website: The costs for sending your return package to IBZMode are for your own account as stated in our terms and conditions. We do, however, offer a reduced rate for our return labels for NL, BE, DE, FR, ES. Click here to register your return and downloading a label.
I can't create a return label via the link?
Are you unable to create a return label in the country chosen via the website? Then you can specify the return address below at a service point and send the package in a stamping return to:

Return label paid, but not received?
Enter your order number and e-mail address again with Download your return label here. You can download the return network again. This is valid for a maximum of 5 days. If this does not work, contact our customer service to download the label again.
Can I exchange items?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items, for a different size or color, via the webshop. However, you can always return the non -desired item for free in one of our IBZMode stores and exchange it is the desired article that with your AST. You can of course also place a new order via the website.
Is it possible to return a sale item?
If online (sale) purchases do not meet expectations, there is the possibility to return them within 14 days. As soon as we have received and process your return, we will proceed to repay the purchase amount.
Can I merge multiple orders in a return?
You can add multiple orders in a return shipment. It is important that the order confirmations of the various orders are attached, so that it is clear to our return department that it concerns multiple orders. Keep your return certificate until we have processed it.
What are the return conditions?
- You can cancel and return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
- Have you paid the shipping costs? If you return all items of your order, you will also receive the shipping costs back.
- Return shipments in the store are free. All other returns are for your own account.
- Earrings are not taken back due to hygiene regulations. Bikinis must be appropriate with underwear and are not taken back without a hygiene strip in the pants.
- IBZMode is not responsible for loss or damage to a return package. We therefore advise you to send your return package by registered mail. Please note: proof of shipment with Track & Trace Code is a requirement to conduct an investigation, when it is missing this is not possible.
- When we have received and process the return package and the returned items in good order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We strive to process your return shipment within 7 working days of receipt. After this we will transfer the repayment amount to your account as soon as possible. We strive to refund within 7 working days of processing your return shipment. Reimbursement takes place in any case within the legal period of 30 days.
- Is your order not correct? We will solve this for you as soon as possible! Contact service@ibzmode.nl and clearly state your name, order number and the relevant articles.
