What is the return period?
We have sent your order with love. It may of course happen that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You may cancel and return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Make sure that you return the products unworn, undamaged and with the attached labels. Please keep your return receipt until we have processed it.
Register your return here and download your return label. This is valid for a maximum of 5 days.
How can I return a package?
It is of course possible that you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can always make your return free return it to one of our ibzmode stores, or follow the steps below to return your package, according to these 4 steps:
- Report here your return
- Pack the items back in the original packaging
- Deliver your package to a service point (keep the track & trace in a safe place)
- As soon as we receive the return, we aim to process the refund within 7 days.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will send you a confirmation by email. Normally the processing of your return shipment can take a maximum of 14 days. We will send you an email when this return has been processed, and you will receive the amount back into your account within a few days, under the name “Mollie Payments”.
The aim is a refund within 7 working days after processing your return. Refund will in any case be made within the statutory period of 30 days.
Are the return costs for your own account?
Returns Stores: Free (note! the store is a drop-off point, so make sure you bring your package ready for shipping. This is processed at the head office.)
Returns via the website: The costs for sending your return package to Isla Ibiza as stated in our general terms and conditions, at your own expense. We do offer a reduced rate for our return labels for NL, BE, DE, FR, ES. Click here to register your return and download a label.
I cannot create a return label via the link?
Are you unable to create a return label via the website in the country of your choice? Then you can provide the return address below at a service point and return the package, prepaid, to:

Return label paid, but not received?
Please re-enter your order number and email address when downloading your return label here. You can download the return label again. This is valid for a maximum of 5 days. If this does not work, please contact our customer service to re-download the label.
Can I exchange items?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items for a different size or color via the webshop. Wel You can always return the unwanted item free of charge to one of our ibzmode stores and exchange it here for the desired item that is with you. You can of course also place a new order via the website.
Is it possible to return a sale item?
If online (sale) purchases do not meet expectations, you have the option to return them within 14 days. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount.
Can I combine multiple orders into one return?
You can include multiple orders in a return. It is important that the order confirmations of the various orders are included, so that it is clear to our returns department that it concerns multiple orders. Please keep your return receipt until we have processed it.
What are the return conditions?
- You can cancel and return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
- Have you paid the shipping costs? If you return all items in your order, you will also receive a refund for the shipping costs.
- In-store returns are free. All other returns are at your own expense.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations. Bikini's must be tried on with underwear and cannot be returned without a hygiene strip in the pants.
- Ibzmode is not responsible for loss or damage to a return package. We therefore advise you to send your return package by registered mail. Please note: proof of shipment with track & trace code is a requirement to initiate an investigation, if this is missing this is not possible.
- When we have received and processed the return package and the returned items in good order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We aim to process your return within 7 working days of receipt. We will then transfer the refund amount to your account as soon as possible. We aim to refund your return within 7 working days after processing your return. In any case, reimbursement will take place within the statutory period of 30 days.
- Is your order incorrect? We will solve this for you as quickly as possible! Contact service@ibzmode.nl and clearly state your name, order number and the relevant items.
