To ensure that that experience runs smoothly, we are looking for one Customer Service & B2B Back Office Employee Who not only helps our private customers, but also ensures smooth handling of the orders of our business partners.

What are you going to do?

✓ You answer B2C customer questions via mail, telephone and social media and ensure that they hang up with a smile.
✓ You are the point of contact for our B2B partners: stores that purchase IBZMode and Moost Wanted. You support them in orders, deliveries and after sales.
✓ You process orders and returns, keep track of the administration and ensure that everything is correct in the system.
✓ You support our Wholesale customers With orders, stock questions and other requests.

✓ You identify frequently asked questions or problems and you think about improvements in our service.

Who are we looking for?

✓ You have HBO work and thinking level.
✓ You have experience in customer service and know how to make customers happy.
✓ You have strong communication skills and get energy from customer contact.
✓ You speak and write Fluent Dutch & English (German is a beautiful bonus!).
✓ You are 32-40 hours a week available (full -time) and flexible.
✓ You are typical and work quickly and accurately - Multitasking is no problem for you!
