For our new store in the heart of Delft, we are looking for an energetic sales employee (16 to 32 hours) who lets customers feel the real Ibiza vibe, from a warm welcome to a radiant look. You are a hostess or host, work the cash register and keep the store in tip-top condition. Start immediately so you can help fill the store right away.

This is what you're going to do

Styling customers: advising, guiding fitting and completing at the checkout.

Welcoming and staying hospitable: welcoming everyone and offering something to drink at another time (coffee, soft drinks or a glass of prosecco, just because you can).

• Process inventory and returns and maintain systems accurately.
• Styling and tidying the shop and window.
• Participate in inventories.

This is you

• Enthusiastic, service-oriented and representative.
• Minimum MBO work and thinking level.
• Experience in fashion retail or a similar position is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, you get energy from customer contact.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, an additional language is a plus.
• Available at least 2 days a week, flexible, including at least 1 weekend day and peak times such as shopping evenings and promotions.
• Handy with a computer and iPad, familiar with cash register systems.
• Fan of our brands: ibzmode, MOOST Wanted and Isla Ibiza Bonita.
• Living in the Delft region, come by public transport, bicycle or scooter.

Vacancy: Customer Service & B2B Back Office Employee (32-40 hours per week)

At ibzmode everything revolves around experience. Our customers feel the Ibiza vibe, whether they shop online or visit one of our stores. To ensure that this experience runs smoothly, we are looking for a Customer Service & B2B Back Office Employee who not only helps our private customers, but also ensures smooth processing of orders from our business partners.

What are you going to do?

✓ You answer B2C customer questions via email, telephone and social media and ensure that they hang up with a smile.
✓ You are the point of contact for our B2B partners: stores that purchase ibzmode and Moost Wanted. You support them with orders, deliveries and after-sales.
✓ You process orders and returns, maintain administration and ensure that everything in the system is correct.
✓ You support our wholesale customers with orders, stock questions and other requests.
✓ You process orders and returns, maintain administration and ensure that everything in the system is correct.
✓ You identify frequently asked questions or problems and contribute ideas about improvements to our service.

Who are we looking for?

✓ You have an HBO working and thinking level.
✓ You have experience in customer service and know how to make customers happy.

✓ You speak and write fluent in Dutch & English (German is a nice bonus!).
✓ You are Available 32-40 hours per week (full-time) and flexible.
✓ You are typing skills and work quickly and accurately – multitasking is no problem for you!
