Can I pay with Afterpay?
When paying with PayPal you can choose the "Pay Later" option. When completing your purchase, PayPal pays the seller and the money is only debited from your bank account after 21 days.
Do you also send packages abroad?
Yes, we ship worldwide! You can select your country during the ordering process, the corresponding shipping costs and times will then be shown. With Express, packages are even delivered worldwide within 1-3 days (with some exceptions).
If you live outside the EU, always take additional import duties into account when your purchase amount is above € 150. However, you do not pay 21% VAT on the products, as customers within the EU do.
When will my package be delivered?
Your package will be delivered as quickly as possible, as you have come to expect from us. Keep an eye on the track & trace information for the most up-to-date delivery information. If you order before 11:45 p.m., your order will be shipped the same day (also on Saturdays), if in stock and with exceptions (we will inform you of this as soon as possible).s.m. by email).
What is the return period?
We have sent your order with love. It may of course happen that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
You may cancel and return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Returns are at your own expense or free of charge when you drop it off at the Ibzmode store in Amsterdam, Den Bosch, Noordwijk, or Egmond aan Zee. Please ensure that you return the products in the original packaging, unworn, undamaged and with the labels attached. Please keep your return receipt until we have processed it.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will send you a confirmation by email. Normally the processing of your return shipment can take a maximum of 14 days. We will send you an email when this return has been processed, and you will receive the amount back into your account within a few days, under the name “Mollie payments”. The aim is a refund within 7 working days after processing your return. Refund will in any case be made within the statutory period of 30 days.
I have received an incorrect or damaged item. What to do?
How annoying that you received an incorrect or damaged item! Of course, in this case you can always contact our customer service by sending an email toservice@ibzmode.nlPlease include your order number, item number & take a photo of the item that was broken or incorrectly received. This way we can offer you a suitable solution as soon as possible.
